Streetlight Complaint Form

If you are experiencing issues with a streetlight, please fill out the following information so that a Borough staff member can contact you to resolve this matter with the help of PPL. All fields are required, pole numbers are especially important and can be found at approximately four feet high on the pole. The serial often consists of one letter followed by five numbers.
