Taking Action on Climate Change in Mechanicsburg - Your Input Needed!
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our efforts to produce a community-wide Climate Action Plan, and we need your help to shape it. As a part of the Borough’s commitment to climate action our Environmental Programs Coordinator, Luke Arnold, teamed up with Penn State’s Local Climate Action Program to create a community-wide greenhouse gas emissions inventory. This will help us keep track of our part in climate change and climate action on a local scale. Now, our goal is to help create a more sustainable future for Mechanicsburg. The next step is to reduce those emissions, but we can't do it without your input!
